By: Provident State Bank Provident State Bank has also promoted Lauren Kimlel, Joe Domotor and Billie Jo Newman to senior leadership roles. Lauren Kimlel has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Kimlel manages the loan and deposit operations of the Bank and is responsible for implementing banking technology solutions to better serve customers. Kimlel has 24 years' experience in financial services and has been with PSB for 10 months most recently serving as the Chief Risk Officer. Joe Domotor has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Sales Manager of the residential mortgage division. Domotor has over 30 years' experience in residential mortgage sales and has spent the last three years at PSB developing the bank's mortgage portfolio. Domotor oversees the bank's secondary market program and builds investor relationships to better serve the financing needs of our customers. Billie Jo Newman has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer/Risk Officer. She has 16 years' experience in financial services and for the last eight years served as the Senior Credit Officer for PSB. Newman's expanded responsibilities include oversight of the bank's credit risk management and loan portfolio administration.
